Delivery, returns & care

Orders ship from Shanghai. Teaware is packed in its gift box and dispatched within a few working days; furniture is made to order and delivered by freight, with lead times confirmed after purchase.

Unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order furniture is exchanged only if damaged in transit.

Liuli glass and porcelain: wash by hand in warm water; avoid sudden temperature changes and abrasive cleaners. Wood: wipe with a soft dry cloth and keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
